A Plea from the HeartThe ink on the paper was still wet; a written plea for answers to the gnawing ache of the unknown.  There were no tears. Not yet. Just a simple, endless dread of the answers that might come forth with the reply.  It was over a week since she had heard from him, and her unease grew with each passing day with no word.  The ink was dry now.  She folded the paper, once, twice, and with a prayer of hope that this too would not be ignored, she sealed it into its envelope, and put it aside for the morning.  There was no address inscribed upon it, for this she would not trust to the postal service, not when her peace of mind A Plea from the Heart

Ok so I have this new thing. Woo! Exciting! (or not!)
I have called it my filing system, but really its a super-sophisticated way of me being able to sort out all the rando filing that seems to now come through my office.
It's basically a whole bunch of empty photocopier-paper boxes (the super useful cardboard kind!) and I have just stcked things in them, so now I can actually see the top of my desk! Woo, go me.
They've all got lables on them like "tony's Warrenty Box" and "John's Sales Box", "Shop Box" and "Random Box."
Later if I feel really strange, I might actually CLEAN IT! Polish everywhere, and make it smell nice!

But whats with the whole craziness of it. I started the game off (imported character), and got some weird two handed sword of chaos + 2. Then crazy amounts of experience for theiving, killing, answering questions... everything!
And dear gods, the characters you can create.... its.. stupid... so... many...assasins.. swashbucklers...Its confusing...

I'm still gonna steal the expansion pack off you...

*Evil grin* ha! You'll never come up with a better character than me!! and I'll beat you on kickass weapons too!! cos i ofund the most BK glitch ever!! using it gves me the most amazing weapon (i think) in the whole game TWICE!! *DEOS CRAZY, MANIC HAPPY DANCE OF THE TWIN KATANA'S OF DEATH* The swords r sooo cool - they're like, +4 weapons, which tend 2 stun the enemy every other blow and when u dual-wield them, its awesome!! and what with the BK mage spells from the explansion pack, and the Bhaal-gift its sooooooo totally excellent!!!

I just got baldurs Gate II. And it rocks. Ok, I haven't finished Baldurs gate completely yet (I just got back into candlekeep) but Shadows of Amn rocks!
